"Support was quick and fair"
I had an issue logging in and reached out to support. To be fair, they got back to me quickly and had it sorted out the same day. Can’t really ask for much more than that. I’m happy with how it was handled.

"Tons of fun ecard options"
I really like how many different ecards JibJab has. There’s stuff for birthdays, holidays, and just random funny moments too. It only takes me about a minute to find something that feels right for the person, which is great

"I’ve liked using the cards before, so..."
I’ve liked using the cards before, so I didn’t think much about the subscription. Then it renewed automatically and I got charged because I didn’t realize the renewal date was coming up. I also found canceling a bit confusing, so that made the whole thing more frustrating. Support did get back to me, which I appreciated, but the experience still left me feeling annoyed. The site is fun overall, I just wish the billing and renewal details were much clearer

"Has a card for pretty much every occasion"
I always end up finding a card for whatever holiday or little occasion I need. I especially like that there are options for the smaller holidays too, not just the big obvious ones, and I can usually find one that feels just right.

"Super easy way to make a funny card??"
I tried jibjab to make a quick birthday video, and it was way easier than I expected. I just uploaded a face, checked the preview, and had the whole thing done in a few minutes. No confusing steps or anything. My family thought it was hilarious when I sent it over?? Definitely a good go-to if you need something funny and fast.

"Canceling was actually painless"
I only signed up for jibjab to make a birthday card, then of course forgot the plan was still sitting there for a while. When I finally went to cancel, I was kind of expecting the usual maze, but it was surprisingly straightforward.
It took just a couple minutes, and the confirmation came through right away. if every site handled cancellations like that, people probably wouldn’t dread clicking the button so much.

"Honestly, worth the yearly price"
I went with the yearly plan, it’s been totally worth it. My kids and my parents laugh every time I send them one, which makes it even better. There are, surprisingly, a lot of cards for birthdays, holidays, and random little occasions, so I’ve ended up using it way more than I expected...

Managing my account was straightforward. As the friend in my group who somehow always ends up making the funny birthday stuff, I really appreciated how simple jibjab.com was to use. I made a quick birthday video, and the site was easy to get around without feeling like I had to hunt through a bunch of menus.

Uploading a photo and previewing the card was straightforward too. A couple pages took a moment to load, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it felt smooth, quick, and easy enough that I’d use it again

I’ve used JibJab a few times now, it’s one of those things that just works when you want to make people laugh. I made a birthday video with it, and people were already cracking up before we even brought out the cake. The face swaps are ridiculous, but in the best possible way, and it didn’t take much effort to put together. I don’t use it all the time, but based on the reactions I’ve seen, it’s great for those moments when you want something light, funny, and easy to share.

"Funny idea, but it kept glitching on me"
JibJab is a fun little thing when it actually works, and some of the cards are genuinely funny. But trying to make one was kind of a headache. It froze on me twice while I was uploading faces, and then the preview just sat there loading forever, which made it feel way more annoying than it needed to be.

I also had a video fail right after I paid, so that was frustrating. Support did get back to me, but it still took a while to get it sorted out. It’s cute and I can see why people like it, but for me it’s just not reliable enough.

Hi, how can i be sure that i pay only for one month?. in the subscription, it is not clear at all which amount will be deducted from my credit card, a year payment or only a month?

When i first sign up will ibe charge $1.99 or the 18.99

I have paid $18 for a yearly subscription. how much am i charged per video that i make & download?

I used to be able to download and save videos i made but now i can't. why is that?
